Exercise 1 - Gastroc/ Calf Stretch

P1000654.JPG   STEP 1: Place unaffected foot in front of the affected (both feet facing forwards)

   STEP 2:  Bend front knee and shift weight of hips forward over the front toes.

   STEP 3: Make sure the back heel is planted on the ground and feel stretch through affected calf. Hold stretch for 30 seconds
